A colorpoint variation of the Siberian, this breed has deep historical roots in Russia. Named after the Neva River in St. Petersburg, where it was first developed, the Neva Masquerade combines power with gentleness, making it an excellent choice for families. It is especially known for bonding closely with children. Despite its immensely thick, double-layered coat, grooming is relatively easy, as the fur resists matting, though regular brushing is recommended.
